Dean’s has decided to change their plans and will begin construction in Saddle Ridge sooner than originally scheduled. They will then work their way down to 10 mile. Construction in the neighborhood will now start on July 8th. Please refer to: revised schedule.

While this is an unexpected change to the schedule, they are now hoping that the construction could be completed by early August.

Dean’s has requested to use two additional areas for staging, cutting and fusing pipe. Again these areas will be cleaned and put back to original state once construction has been completed. Please refer to: laydown attachment (1) & laydown attachment (2).

We expect that construction crews will talk with each house to explain what they will have to do for the dig. Irrigation lines may have to be dug up and moved temporarily, but will be put back in place on completion of the job. They will fix everything that needs to be torn up with the exception fo any trees which may need to be removed. Trees may be replaced out of the HOA budget, pending further discussion & review of costs.

Plainfield Township has also provided a copy of the letter which residents should be receiving in the mail, explaining the project. Contact information is also included in this letter if you have questions or concerns
